--
FOLIO OTN – MAPPA is celebrating the legacy of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku with four freshly created illustrations ahead of its upcoming 15th Anniversary Expo. The new artwork puts several of the series’ most recognizable characters in the spotlight and will be displayed as part of the studio’s anniversary celebration.
The special exhibition is scheduled to take place in Tokyo from September 16 through December 7, 2026. After its Tokyo run, the event is expected to travel to other locations throughout Japan, giving fans in different regions an opportunity to experience the celebration.
MAPPA has been gradually revealing promotional artwork for several of its major productions as the anniversary approaches. Earlier announcements included new visuals connected to franchises such as Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, and Attack on Titan. The exhibition is also planned to include large-scale displays inspired by these popular works.

For Hell’s Paradise, the newly revealed collection features multiple groups of characters. Gabimaru appears alongside Sagiri and Yuzuriha, while other illustrations highlight Chobei with Toma, Gantetsusai with Fuchi, and Shion with Tenza and Nurugai.
The announcement gives fans another opportunity to appreciate the cast beyond the anime episodes themselves. By creating dedicated anniversary artwork, MAPPA is placing greater emphasis on the characters who helped establish Hell’s Paradise as one of its notable action-fantasy productions.
The series originated as a manga written and illustrated by Yuji Kaku. It was serialized on Shonen Jump+ from 2018 until 2021, eventually establishing a complete story that later became the foundation for MAPPA’s television adaptation.
