Production of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 has once again been entrusted to a collaboration between CD PROJEKT RED and the animation studio TRIGGER, the production house that previously led the first season to win the Anime of the Year title at the 2023 Anime Awards. This time, Kai Ikarashi takes the director’s chair, with Masahiko Otsuka handling the story composition, Kanno Ichigo handling character design, and Tsuneo Imahori composing the soundtrack. Bartosz Sztybor continues in his role as showrunner, storywriter, and producer, carrying on from the first season.
