Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is confirmed to premiere exclusively on Netflix starting October 20. The release date was announced directly by CD PROJEKT RED alongside the release of the latest trailer on Netflix’s main stage at Anime NYC in late August. This sequel will feature a new, standalone 10-episode story, once again taking viewers on a journey through the dark side of Night City.

Cast of Characters for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2
The announcement also revealed the cast of main characters who will star in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2. Weak Kingsley, a cyberpunk legend who now lives without chrome and is searching for a new purpose in life, will be voiced by Kentaro Tone in the Japanese version and Clancy Brown in the English version. Character D is voiced by Koki Uchiyama (Japanese) and Nazeeh Tarsha (English), while Roman Carax is voiced by Momoka Terasawa and Valeria Rodriguez. As for the character Talia Yang, she will be voiced by Akari Kito in the Japanese version and Kimoy Lee in the English version.
This new group of characters is portrayed as a collection of people whose lives are intricately intertwined in Night City, a city that thrives under the glare of violence.
Netflix describes Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 as a raw story of redemption and revenge that poses a profound question: How far is someone willing to go to ensure their life remains meaningful, in the midst of a city dazzled by the glitz and glamour of spectacle?
